how to order IELTS copy?

Does anyone know how to order a copy of IELTS exam. I wrote my exam at Conestoga College. The link is: http://www.ieltscanada.ca/trf.jsp. AT the website it clearly says copies of test results will only be sent directly to the institutuions. So, how do I request a sealed copy for myself for my PR application? I took my test in September 2010. Also, I forgot the exact date of my exam and not sure how to look up any information regarding my registration. please help!!

Where is your original one?

If you order a copy, it is not necessary to be sealed, only school transcripts need sealed if you apply under graduate stream.

As far as I know, you can just tell them the reason you order extra one is for immigration purpose, they should send you extra copy.

Oh really? So Instead of putting institution name and address I can put my own address and write "for Immigration"???
I ordered a copy first time when I applied for CEC. I'm preparing to apply 2nd time in jul/aug 2012.

Yeah, but you had better contact them to make sure you will get an extra copy at residential address for PR purpose.

By clicking on "test Results" and selecting "test report form" it says:

"One copy will be mailed to the candidate's home address at no charge" etc. http://www.ieltscanada.ca/trf.jsp

It is better to request an additional copy to be sent to you. Tell it is for immigration purposes and must be included in your application package when you submit it.

one copy is sent to applicant's address only first time right after you write the exam. I have already received that copy and mailed it with my first CEC application. I'm preparing to apply again so need another copy. Thanks all for the feedback.

If you have previously applied, and your IELTS is less than 2 years old, you don't require a new IELTs copy. You just mention that you have previously submitted the IELTS with your other application.

Really? Would it do any harm if I just attach another copy. I'm sure it'll save them a whole lot of hassle given how they have piles of applications waiting on small things like this.

I doubt if CIC will accept plea of IELTS copy submitted with earlier application...
if someone has succeeded earlier and you know him or her then only go by what PMM says ultimately you will have to suffer in the end.

You will not get any other copy of IELTS, you will need to re-appear in the test again to get a new copy.
I am also re-appearing in IELTS to have another copy since I was refused by IELTS for a new copy

All candidates are sent one copy of their Test Report Form and this cannot be replaced. If you require additional Test Report Forms to be sent to receiving organisations at a later date, this can be done by the test centre where you originally took the test. The test centre may charge for this service to cover administration and international delivery costs and these costs may vary considerably.

So this means there is no way we can get another copy of IELTS sent to the applicants?? How ridiculous is that!! Mine is still valid as I took in September 2010. I hope there's a way out of this as I can't imagine paying for this and taking the stupid test again!!!

you can't have a copy of ielts results under any circumstances. 5 Copies can be sent by the ielts office to institutions under your request.
What you should do is to prepare all your immigration forms and required documents (except IELTS results) and put them in a closed envelope and go to the ielts office and request a copy of your results to be sent to immigration canada, and ask them to send your application envelope with the results. Since they allow you to send whatever you want (under half KG)
you will only be charger for mail fees.

LH84 gave an excellent Idea, just try your luck..let everyone know if that works for you

BTW mine is still valid and I submitted for my FSW application, my FSW is not moving anywhere so decided to apply for CEC
Collecting docs again is big pain..

Do not leave your application package at the IELTS office. It's not worth the risk. Consider giving them an address for the visa office where your test results should be mailed to. Include your client ID # so that CIC can easily identify you and assign the results to your file. Mail your application without the results, but include a letter explaining that the test centre does not mail additional copies to applicants but has agreed to mail one directly to CIC.

Hi all.. I have just received 2 copies of ielts report which I requested from cones toga college. I took the printouts of fee payment and our complete application form , filled it with pen and then scanned it to cones toga email. They charged me $26 for each. In the address just write " for immigration". That's it and write your address to be mailed. Simple...!

What did you scan? IELTS Application form for additional TRF..? and Payment authorization form..?
What was the mailing address Can you please explain.
