How to order ECA e-mail duplicate report from WES to OOPNP?

Hi guys,

Does anyone know the procedure on how to order an e-mail duplicate ECA report from WES to OOPNP? I know there is a thread on that but I couldn't find an answer. When I try to order a duplicate report via that link they gave me in the email it just gives me an option for a hard copy, not e-mail. But they are accepting e-mails too according to the message I got from them.

And I have another question. OOPNP didn't indicate anything about my spouse's ECA duplicate report in their email, so do you guys think that only my duplicate report is enough? I am the primary applicant.

goto to account page of WES and and use the "Order report link".
Add recipient as OINP PNP and follow the instructions
Your duplicate report will be sent in a few days.

Not sure even am also waiting for answer,do we need to send ECA report after submitting the ONP form or before that
