How to notify visa office of childbirth

Hi everyone,

our PR application is pending, it's being worked on in Vienna.

1 month ago our child was born in Germany (which it obviously wasn't when we filed the application).

I'm wondering how to notify the visa office in Vienna about the birth? Would it be enough to fill the IRCC webform https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=vienna&_ga=1.136052593.1531230681.1458402348 and upload our sons birth certificate?

Or shall we call/ send a letter with the original birth certificate? /is there a form we need to update this information, or something like that?
I'm sure someone of you guys has done that before and can help?!

Send a case specific enquiry to your VO and inform them your child has been born and include the birth certificate.
