how to notartized my requirments before i submit-singapore

Hi Everyone,

Kindly help us how to notarized our requirements before we submit it at
Canada Embassy here in Singapore.
We are currently Singapore PR ) and almost done with all our requirments (i.e , letter of employment, referal letters, school documents etc.)
we are confused on how to notarized all or documents before we submit it.
kindly inform us where to go and how to do it.
