how to link paper application to MY CIC account

Hi guys , I heard that there is some way to link paper application to MY CIC portal... SO does anyone has any idea ??/
Please let me know ASAP...
Actually I am waiting for my PGWP extension... and I am waiting for more than 105 days. and I have changed my previous address so I am curious if I lose my CIC mail.

i want to apply for pgwp extension since it is given to me until pasport expiry. can you please tell me what size of photographs did you attach with your application?
