Hello, I am a Mechanical Engineer had applied for Express Entry under Federal skill program and looking forward for PNP opportunity to apply. How will i be able to know some provinces is opened now ad we can submit the application.My consultant was not very helpful to give me proper information. How i will be able to know, kindly advise.
