How to initiate a MP enquiry?

Hello,
I have noticed many people do a MP enquiry.
Can anyone tell me the correct procedure to do the same?
Do I need to send them an Email, call them or can I walkin to their office?

Any of those three options. Personally I would call the office and ask them!

Hi Kev85,

If you send an email to your local MP with all the details (full name/file no/ dob/passport no/embassy location etc...), they will add a case specific query to the embassy from below link.
