How to inform CIC about status change

My babies were just born a few days ago. And I received AOR on Mar 2. Can anyone tell me how to inform CIC about these changes? On the AOR letter, it states that just inform CIC to CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca. I am wondering is there a template letter? Should I wait until I get the birth certificates first?

Please advice.
