How to inform CIC about change of residence

Hi,

I am an ICT WP holder and submitted the documents for PR application in December 2016.
At that point of time, my spouse and child were in my home country while I was in Canada.

Now, my spouse and child are expected to receive their dependent Open WP and dependent visitor visa. Post which, they will be travelling to Canada.

How should I inform CIC about this change ?

Please suggest.
