Hi,

I need to know from both the sponsor's and the PA's stand, that, how to update CIC if any changes in the circumstances or anything post submission of the application?

For example, if sponsor was not working at the time of application submission and then join a job later?

You can provide it via email to the Visa office the file is at, referencing your UCI and Application number along with DOB and Full Name on the Application.
