How to increase CRS score?

Hello Everyone, I am applying for the CEC category and my CRS score is 447. I have 2 years of work experience , currently working in the medical administration field. My work permit is expiring in aug 2024. Please advise on how can I increase my CRS score. My IELTS score is 8.5.
Should I opt for learning French and trying for French language tests?
