How to increase CRS points?

No, I'm not going to suggest how to increase. I'm here to seek suggestions. Below is my CRS calculation.

IELTS: R-9,L-8.5,S-7.5,W-7 - Overall Band 8; CLB Band 9.
Program/NOC: FSWP 2174 (Type A)
Canadian Experience: None
Foreign Work Exp: 8 years
Job Offer: None
Age: 30
Education: Bachelor's degree
Marital Status: Single

This gives me CRS score 433. I see people with 465+ score on this forum. As far as the research I have done, I don't see any scope of increasing the score, rather wait for the Express Entry cut-off to come down, which I doubt. Am I missing some steps that could help me increase my score?

The only viable way I see for you is to seek PN or increase your education level (easier said than done). Your age is not working for you, and increasing your IELTS writing only gets you 3 additional points putting you at 436 which for all practical reasons is the same as 433.

If your original degree is higher than Bachelor, you can ask WES, or other institution you had your credentials evaluated at, for reassessment. Some forum members have had success with that.

You are eligible for OINP nomination, why cant you recreate your profile, you definitely get OINP nomination and then ITA.
Another option is Quebec PNP which is coming on Jan 18th.

No, I haven't yet submitted my EE profile. I'm awaiting WES report. But meanwhile, I'm exploring ways to increase my points or opt methods that would get me through the process.

I'll definitely apply for OINP nomination. I didn't know about Quebec. I thought they were open only for French speaking people.

The basic rule with applying for PNP is:

1) Must have a genuine intention to live in the Province. Whether you need to actually live there after getting nomination is a grey area which no one has given a clear answer to.

2) If you genuinely intend to live in Quebec I don't think they can stop you applying if you can't speak French. From what I hear it is hard to live in Quebec without knowing to speak, read and write French.

Well that makes it pretty straight. If it's hard to live in Quebec without knowing French, then I won't be interested. But I believe if the province is open to accept English-only speakers, then I suppose they're okay to issue PN.

With a little research I did a few weeks ago, Quebec had it's own immigration process. They were not willing to on-board to the Express Entry system. And the interview at the embassy was reportedly being conducted in French. Most importantly, people had to show an official record of proficiency in French.
