Dear I am Telecom Engineer having 10 year experience and my NOC 2147. I did my IELTS WRSL 6.5, 6, 7,7. I did my evaluation and found my score around 320. how to improve my score and how to get PNP nomination.

please guide and also if consultant who is interested to follow my case so reply me.

rewrite ielts, if you are less than 33 years of age you will easily get over 400 points...
you shoudl aim for

L - 8
R - 8
W - 7 or 7.5
S - 7 or 7.5

Listening is very important, anything less than 8 will set you back by like 50 points or more...

Your best bet is to get nomination try visiting the sites of different provinces in canada and check if it is open then check if you are eligible in their program.other provinces require job offer and some don't.
