Hi,

I got my PR in Feb 2015 and returned back to India. My wife's application was added in my PR application, before my PR application was finally closed. I got her medical done as advised and required by CIC but did not apply for her PR at that time and neither did I paid PR fees for her. My son was born just 3 months back.

Please advise about the process of getting my Wife's and my Son's PR

You have to reside in Canada to be able to sponsor them.

Agreed. Since you are a PR you must be in Canada when you apply to sponsor your wife and son and you must remain in Canada while the application is being processed (although short trips of a few weeks outside of the country are Ok).

So your first step is to return to Canada. If both your son and wife can obtain a TRV, they can accompany you to Canada as visitors and you can sponsor them either using the inland or outland process. If they do not wish to come to Canada with you immediately or if their TRVs are refused, then you would have to apply to sponsor them outland once you are in Canada. Your wife will have to complete the medical again and provide PCCs.
