how to get tax Notice of Assessmement document for PR card renewal ?

Hi,

I am preparing for PR card renewal.

one of required documents is

-tax NOA(Notice of Assessment) for past 5 years.

Looking at CRA web site, There are menu which looks like below

1) - Tax year 2014 and 2015 : NOA
- Tax year 2013 and before : ASSESSED.
2) print out C option (Income)


Pls kindly advise which print out of the aboves I should include as 'NOA for past 5 years' ?

You can phone their number and speak to a representative to request the NOA for the past 5 years to be mailed to your address.

CRA sent NOA yearly at your postal address If you have already filed the tax for previous years.

I need to print out documents from CRA web site instead of requesting over the phone as I want to send application ASAP.

Can you pls advise which menu in the web site to print out among menu described as above?
