Here is my problem,
I paid for temporary Resident Visa "Multiple entry" online by mistake, and I figure out the accepted way to pay application fee is by money order, after visited and submitted my temporary visa application at Canada consulate general in new york.
Now, I really want my online payment which is 150USD be refunded, cause I paid twice (one by online payment, one by money order).
I got the payment receipt, and there are no hints about refund.
