How to get PRTD(Permanent Resident Travel Card)? Landed two weeks back in Toronto .and waiting for my PR Card. But I need to travel urgently. Can i re-renter based on PRTD and how to get it?

Yes, you can re-enter with a valid PRTD. Do check processing times with the appropriate VO/VAC/VFS
