How to get PNP

I have ielts overall 7 ( L -7.5 W-7 S -7 R-6.5) and currently waiting for mine WES report. I have 7 years of IT experience.

Can i get PNP as currently mine points are around 260

same here....how does pnp works? do we need to apply?
