How to get Original FBI clearance report- FBI channelers acceptable?

Hello,
I submitted my USA FBI report in November 2012 with my original application.....now m asked to submit it again.........how much time it takes to get it through FBI directly...........are FBI approved channelers eg. NATIONAL CREDIT REPORTING acceptable as they process very fast .....any suggestions.

I just received a similar email from CIC processing. I submitted my application in December 2012. This is the second time I have submitted my orginial FBI letter. Now they are telling me it needs to come from the FBI and not the channeler. Only thing is that I submitted my fingerprints to the FBI processing office in WV the first time that took 4 months. Did you do this as well? The second time I found an expeditor whom executives use...that took 2 weeks and got me the same orginial FBI letter. Now, I've gotten this request for the third time for an FBI clearance letter. I believe CIC is behind on the FBI's way of doing things, in the since that the FBI clearance letters do not have a raised seal anymore. A letter has accompanied my clearance letter from the FBI stating this very thing. I'm to the point where I can not do any more because the FBI is not going to provide me with that Canada request.
