How to get Networking job for fresher from INDIA.

Hello sir,

I have completed my graduation(B.Sc) and globally certified of CCNA, MCITP Active Directory. How to get a job in canada and also residential. As I am a fresher so I dont know anything about how to get job in canada. Please also guide me with the procedure and time.
