How to get minimum band 5.5 and apply for PR canada

Hello guys,

My band is ovarall 5.5 (Reading-5, Speaking-5.5, Writing-5, Listening-5.5,) in General IELTS test. I am 34 years old. Single. I want apply for PR anywhere in canada. Please suggest me the right way. If PR is not possible directly so plz let me know the another way.

I have 6 years plus experience in Human Resource Department. I Have done MBA in Business Administration Specialization in Human Resource.

Human Resource is available in Canada occupation List.
