My question is my employer is ready to provide me LMIA but i don't know the requirements. Can anybody tell me what documents my employer needs to submit and what are my requirements?

This problem is a good to have :)

My employer does not want to go through the hassle of applying for LMIA.

you can ask your employer to go though this ww w.cic.gc . ca/ english/ work/ employers/ lmo-basics.asp (remove the spaces)

No it is not required
1. It is unlikely that EDSC would approve a LMIA for skilled position if the applicant has no experience as a requirement, most Canadian/PR could fill the position.

If your employer is ready to LMIA that's good news! You have no role to play in it. Why should you worry about what documents your employer should need. They can get every detail going to Services Canada. There's absolutely no requirements from you at this point in time. Just wait till the LMIA gets approved.
