You will need to register as a refugee with UNHCR.
The only alternative is to apply for a visa to Canada and claim asylum when you arrive. There are no guarantees that you will be granted a visa.

If you wish to apply to immigrate under an economic immigration process, see https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...me-canada-tool-immigration-express-entry.html

You aren't currently being persecuted and have lived in the UAE for 35 years. Although you are from Yemen it would be hard to show that you and your children are at risk of being killed. You are wanting to move for a better life not safety. Not sure if you have done your research recently but your son would not qualify for much support in many provinces. There have cutbacks in many provinces. If your eldest child graduates from university, gets a good job and perhaps does some more studies he may qualify for economic immigration.

I know but what i ment is the same we cant go back bcz of the safety and the one who finished high school will not get the visa to stay in uae even though he born in uae if no further study bcz he is 18,and the youngest he is 11 up to now no education, for sure i am a mother who wants safety and education for my kids thanking you

You'll need to look into applying to Canada through an economic immigration program like Express Entry. Right now you need 450+ points to be selected. So you will want to start by calculating how many points you have to determine if this is an option. If it's not, you'll need to research the Provincial Nominee Programs.

Applying for refugee status in Canada isn't an option if you've already been refused for a TRV. You will need to qualify and apply as an economic immigrant based on your education, age, work experience, language capabilities and other factors.
