how to get husband and children-work permit for wife

We have a work permit issued by the company and I would like to know how my husband and children can come too to work and study.

Also, is it possible to come (find a place to live, schools, etc.) and then re-enter Canada again with the family?
Would this need a visit visa? (Coming back and forth to Dubai)
