If i apply as alone candidate(married but family not joining immediately) initially to get my ITA and Canada PR as my wife is not in a condition to give IELTS and her documents are not ready for completing my EE profile, then can i get my family visa later on after my receipt of PR on single applicant basis? If not then what is way to get their visa, as i am planning to go alone in the beginning as my documents are ready now and it will take at least 6 months for my wife to get her documents ready. Please suggest.
