Dear All,

I am in a tough situation :'( i need my original university transcripts back from the London office, and for this, i sent a mail to them, In return i got their standard reply, that too after 18 days, which says many of the applicants will have to wait two years or more for a decision blah blahh ??? They dont even care to read the mails!! i might miss a life time opportunity.. Please suggest what to do, or if any1 has the contact information of the CHC London Departmental Head or someone who would actually respond and followup then pleasee pleaaaseee HELP ME with thiss..

I wish there was! its another lenghty process and on top of that, im out of country right now :(

is it not possible to order another transcripts from your university?

My advice would be to forget about the ones with your VO and concentrate on getting them from your university, In my country you can get them in max 48 hours, I do not know what is the process in your country but I think your chances of success are much better if you try with your university.
And on a side note, do as I did and get 3 or 4 originals at once so that you can find them when you need them.

Regards,

People.. Please help me out here!

Your only option would be to send a case specific query. Usually documents are not returned until after medicals. Everyone is on the right track that it is probably easier to ask for new ones from your university. I am sure it will take longer at the VO to return them, if they decide to.

Any Other Options? :( isnt there any contact information of a supervisor or manager etc in the london office?

In an emergency situation they they should respond to you promptly ,my suggestion is ...
1)do Fax them a request/letter,in case of positive response you will have to pay the courier charges
2)write to them your current address for mailing the documents,
3)Again email them,
Chances with Fax are higher
