Can anyone help me with the steps and process to get ECA done?

I have BSc IT from Mumbai University (Patkar College) & MSc Information Management from The University of Sheffield, UK

What all do I have to do to get the documents and the process to get ECA done? Has anyone from Mumbai got there ECA done then do please let me know.

Mumbai University is a little clear but how do I go about Sheffield University in the UK?

How do I get the copies from them should I get it here in Mumbai first or should I ask them to post it to Canada?

Will really appreciate on how to go about getting my ECA done for my Masters degree from UK.

For B.Sc IT(Mumbai University) ---Authorize someone or you can get an official sealed transcript from Patkar College. Also, attest your T.Y.Bsc final year copy of mark sheet, degree certificate, and convocation certificate from Mumbai university at Churchgate. Mail Transcript and attest copies to ECA processing center.

Do I have to send the sealed transcripts of I can scan it and send it on mail? What all documents is required I am a little confused. Also, If I have the list then I can ask my MSc degree so they have to courier it to Mumbai or they can courier it to WES?
