How to get ECA from IQAS for PTU degree

I am trying to get ECA done from IQAS, I have registered with IQAS and submitted the fee. Now, I want to get my transcripts sent from PTU to IQAS. I am trying through PTU online portal.

Has anyone got transcripts sent from PTU to IQAS?

I have some doubts:
1. IQAS require your university to send transcripts along with a transcript request form filled by university, directly to IQAS. Can I upload this request form online on PTU portal and will they fill and send it along my transcripts ?

2. Do they mention IQAS application number on the package they send to IQAS, so that IQAS can identify them?

Please send your experience and suggestions to get transcripts successfully sent from PTU to IQAS

tell me please are you applied for Bachelor and Master both? is ur study is full time or Part-time?

Thanks for your reply.. I followed some other threads and first got my transcripts from ptu and then sent them along with my all other documents in a single package to IQAS. Lets see how will it go. My documents reached there on 4th december but no intimation from IQAS on them yet.
When did you sent your documents and have you got any update from IQAS?
