How to get ECA (by WES) of a US degree from Bangladesh

Hello everyone,

I have finished my BBA from University of Central Oklahoma back in 2004. Currently I live in Bangladesh. So how do I get the US University to send my BBA certificate along with the transcript to WES for evaluation? Detail step by step instruction will be appreciated.
