How to get an ECS Assessment from India ?

Hi guys!

This is my first post here as I just joined this forum. Currently, doing a bit of research on the process of obtaining a Can PR through the EE process.

Could anyone please guide me on the process of getting an ECS assessment from India? Does it have to be obtained from providers such as WES only, or are there local assessment agencies as well who can provide a certification?

Any sort of guidance would help. Thanks!

Hi. It has to be either WES or IQAS.
In my opinion, WES is much better than the latter. If you log on to WES website you will have all the details. Make sure you choose WES canada and the evaluation for immigration( DOC BY DOC EVAL) to read all the details.

You have to create an account
Make payment
Reference number will be alloted once payment made
Arrange for necessary transcripts from your university
Send it to WES.

There are certain agents whi help you get the transcripts as well like cleartranscripts.

Talking about transcripts - I already possess all my mark-sheets & degree/diploma certificates issued at the time of graduation. These are printed on official university letter-heads (in the English language) with appropriate signatory. Would this suffice as the documentation required for ECS?

If not, what else does a 'transcript' comprise of?

well to send it to wes, it needs to be signed and sealed in an envelope with signature on the flap as well. should include copy of your degree also.refer to this link https://www.wes.org/ca/eca/

There are different agencies authorized by IRCC, which you can check on the website, i got it done by ICES and it was supper quick. It took like 1 week after they received the documents.

The whole procedure can be found on their websites.
