You have to visit the websites of the Universities and apply online to their application portal along with the application fee that depends on the program you are applying to.
More specifically some universities ask you to mail the supporting documents to their office and many other ask just to upload the scanned copies of you documents. Thats it.

hello Giwa. i applied to uni's myself. and most of members here did the same.
the easiest/shortest and the only way is that the guy above me commented.
apply online.fill out tthe forms.arrrange 2 referees email (preferably official uni email address) pay application fee. either post/email them required documents.
but note here that some uni's need IELTS result to be sent from IELTS to uni directly. (TRF)
then and keep praying
