How to get additional points for siblings

Hi ,

According to the recent rule change , we are supposed to get additional 15 points for blood relative in Canada.
I have edited my EE profile under 'Relatives in canada' to add details for my brother still it is not adding/showing up additional 15 points.

can some one please advise me how to add the blood relative details under category CRS - Additional - PR or Canadian Sibling?
