How to get a 'Police Clearance Certificate' in India

I am trying to fill the form for 'Police Clearance Certificate' (for student visa) on Indian Passport Seva website, but it is showing an error (passport RPO and current address RPO should be same), since my passport was issued in Delhi and currently I am living in Bangalore. What are the other options to get a 'Police Clearance Certificate'.
