My sister was first married with Mr. ABC, leter on she got divorced from him but she has 3 children from her ex. husband and they all are residing with her and she is their custodian. After that she married with Mr. XYZ and now migrating to Canada under MPNP Program, she has to get a legal custodial from here in Pakistan so her children can move or migrate with her to Canada. Can anybody tell us how and from where we can get this legal custodial document. If anyone knows, Please reply son. We will be thankful for this guidance.
