HOW TO FOLLOW UP APPLICATION. MARCH APPLICANT

I have applied last March 2021 and up until now, no decision made. i ordered GCMS and on the outgoing, i have original passport request since april 24, 2021. May I know how to follow up my application? My studies will start and I dont have any idea on when I will be getting decision. Ive tried sending webform but I only get generic answer. tried emailing ottawa office, no reply. please help. Thanks
