Several provinces of Canada have a PNP exclusive of the Express Entry. These usually require a year of work experience in Canada for the same or different employer in similar or different capacity. Some of these programs are for NOC 'C' or 'D'. Meaning these jobs aren't very skilled.
Since, these PNP streams exist, I believe there must be the possiblitiy of a foreigner securing a job in NOC 'C' or 'D'.
But how? I have applied to several opportunities through the JobBank, but I don't even receive a rejection reply. Is there a catch to it? Share your experiences, if you managed to find a job offer in Canada.
Secondly, is there any specific skill shortage list respective to the province? Jobs on such a list get exempted from LMIA.
