How to find employer give to me work permit.

I'm dreaming Canadian. 27old man!!!
I will apply BC PNP.But I don't have work experience in Canada.
So I sent a e-mail to many employer in job site. But.... nothing....
Who is need really worker? and issed work permit foregin worker.

Please sombody answer.
