How to fille personal particulars form for renewing Indian passport from Canada?
1) The area where we write the addresses are very small. It is required to write down the permanent Indian address along with police station and current Canadian address with police station and from when did I start the stay. Since there isvery less space, I am not able to fill it. How to do this?
2) It is asked thatto fill other addresses if a person has not been staying at the same address for the last one year, those addresses need to be filled, and additional sets of the form need to be submitted. Does this mean, if I have stayed at two different addresses in the last one year other than my present address, I need to submit two additional forms with the same exact data?
