how to fill up the personal history of schedule 1 background/declaration

The Canadian Embassy (Manila, Philippines) ask me not to leave a gap in filling up my Personal History of Schedule 1 Background/Declaration. What i did is:

08 2008 - 05 2004
04 2004 - 07 1998
06 1998 - 05 1998
04 1998 - 05 1987
04 1987 - 01 1984
12 1983 - 12 1981
11 1981 - 10 1979

Is this correct? Please advise me what to do if the aboce system is incorrect.

I am no expert here, but maybe if you included the month for each time twice? For example...

08 2008 - 05 2004
05 2004 - 07 1998
07 1998 - 05 1998
05 1998 - 05 1987
05 1987 - 01 1984
01 1984 - 12 1981
12 1981 - 10 1979

Just a suggestion! Hope this helps...
