As a Canadian citizen who has been residing in the US for over 5 years, I are now returning to Canada with my husband who got his permanent residency through marriage, approximately 5 years ago. He has been residing between Canada and the US since getting his residency. In filling out the BSF 186, do we fill it out as both "Former Residents" 9805? Do we put both our names under "Importer's name? Is County of Origin Canada? and Country of Export US?
