When filling the personal history CIC requires NO gaps. But I got my Bachelor degree in May and continue to pursuit Master degree in August. Between May and August, what should I put? Unemployed?

Yes, say unemployed and looking for job OR

at home, waiting for masters degree to commence

You can use unemployed, homemaker, travelling, whatever applies to any gaps that are not covered by education or employment.
