How to file PR from Toronto, Canada

Hello,

I came to Toronto in Sept 2010 and i did 1 yr post-grad in International Business Management. I completed my studies in 2012 April and I got my open Work Permit in July 2012 for 1 yr till July 2013. I didn't get any job till 1 year in Toronto and now I am in Toronto on study permit again for 2 yrs till July 2015.

My question is now 1) How can I convert my study permit into work permit
2) How to get Permanent Residency in Canada

1) The Post Graduate Work Permit (open work permit) is a one time deal. This means you cannot obtain a PGWP again. If you want to obtain a work permit, you will first need to find an employer who is willing to offer you a job, that employer will have to obtain an approved Labour Market Opinion and then you will be able to apply for a closed work permit tied to that specific employer.
