I have a situation wherein I might not be able to provide some of the documents and on consulting with Canada attorney they mentioned I can attach a letter of declaration explaining the situation, which will save my application from being rejected and then provide further evidence on request from CIC.
This letter has to filed in front of lawyer/attorney.
My question is what kind of lawyers/attorney to look for in USA who would do this.
I called few law firms and they dont even understand what is needed. I told them this is for CA immigration but they are just not aware.
I am hoping members in this group might have done this or have a experience.
