My spouse work permit will expired First week of Jan 2020. We are planning to apply for Express Entry CEC by Dec 2019. As common law partner.

Since extended spouse work permit application time is now 4 months and expecting an answer by March 2020. First question, While I am waiting for an extension can I still working? Under implied status.

then, If supposedly I get refusal. I have to apply for a restoration of status as visitor waiting for a decision in our PR application. Does this can delay the application?

Does anyone has experience with this Case?
Does you think that works like that?
Or I will get in problem with the PR application?

you can only be under implied status if you have applied for a work permit extension and waiting for the decision.

You can apply for restoration as a visitor. Once you get that you apply for Wp.

Or I will get in problem with the PR application?

Best option is to apply for BOWP once you get your AOR for your PR application.
