How to exchange a US drivers license to a Manitoba Drivers License?

Hi,
I will be moving to Winnipeg,MB soon and I wanted to exchange my California Drivers License with a Manitoba one.
What would I need for doing this?

I have read in other threads that I need my driving records etc. What can I provide as my driving record?
