How to enter a short vacation abroad in personal activities?

I visited Thailand for a week a few years back. Now, since the PA selection is month to month, I'm not sure how to enter this bit of info here. Any suggestions guys?

Even i went for a trip to Australia for 20 days. So i will put it in travel history but what documents should i upload for travel history? Will just the stamped page on passport be enough or should i upload tickets too?

You do not need to upload anything to "prove" your trip. Mentioning it in the travel history is sufficient.
