Hi, I would really appreciate your help on this.
A friend of mine, did not declare some of his HALF siblings on his previous Work Permit. He did not add them because he was not close with them and did not know how to spell there names, Date of birth and place of residence. Now is he is applying for his permanent residence.
1.Should he leave them off for his PR application?
2. or add them and risk misrepresentation?
He said he is not close to his dad and his children from different mothers (his half siblings). They are unmarried. two over are 18 and one under 18 I believe. However, they are migrating to another country through there dad.
