How to deal with this one

My query is my fiance is on a Post graduation work permit which is valid till January 2014.Right now he is on a contract job which is valid till March 2013.He will then come to India since we are Indian citizens and we'll tie the knot in April 2013.But my point of Concern is that when I'll apply for open work permit visa then a letter of employment from my FIANCE employer WOULD BE required as per the checklist provided by the Visa authorities but since his contract will be over then what to do?

You can't apply for an open work permit unless your fiance has a job. He will have to find another job before you can apply for an open work permit.
