Hi, I'm confused of my situation:
I owned my company for 5 years since 2011 to 2015 in China. Now I'm studying in Canada. Although I keep my company so far, there's no running to my business. Also, I am finding a person to replace my position, which means I will not be the owner and I have no relation to the company. If I discard the owner of the company, how can I apply the form of EE application? It is complicated to me.
Thanks!

Ok. First question is do you want to claim points for self employment during this period ?. if Yes, then you will need to keep this company with you and also furnish information about earning from this business. if you dont want to claim points, you can transfer this company anytime and you dont even need to mention about this.

You will need a PCC from China (if you lived there for more than 6 months).

Nishant.

Thank you. But what if I already transferred my company to other people? When I applied for the study permit, I included that this is my own company. I can’t make a fake. Can I explain this situation to CIC? Btw, what’s PCC

PCC is police clearance certificate. You never mentioned about your study permit earlier. Anyway, You can choose that period as self employed and in an LOE explain that you have now sold the company. You can attach proof of selling that company.
