How to create a profile under Express Entry?

Hi,

I have got the evaluation report from WES and have cleared IELTS with the required band.

Wanted help on the further process for applying for the PR VISA via Express Entry?

1. How to create a profile under Express entry?
2. As to my knowledge we need to choose the Job Code, but are we required to select the province as well for applying?
3. Any other pointers to be kept in mind while creating the express entry profile?
